Been looking for a good table for a while now and after looking at some of the tables on here with the fixture holes, I knew i had to have one...It's 60" long by 30" deep and 3/4 thick... I don't think the plate is regular hot-rolled as it has a aluminium quality to it. Magnets will stick to it though so I don't think its stainless... Either way it's heaver then hell... And its ground flat on both sides!  The two bars in back had a very heavy duty shelf attached, i'm thinking of keeping the two supports as mounts for fume removal or a movable light, good idea?

Reply:Got it for 250 + tax... So my wallet was about $260 lighter walking out the door  I did some math and called around to grinders and water-jet/laser cutters before I started looking around just to get a ball-park figure if I were to find a good chunk of plate that needed to be ground flat and have the edges cleaned up... I'd be way over the price of this table even if I got some plate at scrap prices... Not to mention having to build the table...I still need to grab 2 leveling feet as they got broke off when loading into the truck... Also need to get a big counter-sink and matching bolts to replace the standard nuts and bolts that were used originally. Then I need to rent a good mag drill and figure out a good hole-pattern
Reply:Wow, friggin sweet deal!
Reply:Thanks!  It was all I could do to not giggle like a schoolgirl when I saw the grinding marks from the Blanchard grinding.

Reply:I don't think he has to worry about the cops yet, it's the members here he needs to worry about...  way too many want it more than he does...  At night, every noise he hears outside could be someone trying to take the table.... however, while at work is the real time to worry...GlenMiller Dynasty 200DX - Millermatic 350P - Hypertherm Powermax 45Want to sell!! - Hobart Handler 150

Reply:Here's what you'll want to do:Put it back in the truck, and drive to Modesto, CA. I've got a Mag drill I'll give you if you want to store the table at my house. Reply:If you paid tax, you got it at a store. I'd be checking back there often, they either don't know their prices or have some smokin' deals. Nice table! If you don't want to stand behind our Troops, feel free to stand in front of them.

Reply:I purchased a demmeler hardened table. I'm almost afraid to use it because it cost so much...almost. I wish I could have built my own tables but I was working under a funding grant that wouldn't allow the purchase of raw materials.
