Welding cart modification advice needed

I have a Hobart Handler 140 sitting on a Harbor Freight welding cart. I really like the cart with the exception that it doesn't roll in a gravel driveway. I would like to make the modification of putting pneumatic wheels on the back, but I'm not sure what to replace the swivel wheels with, and keeping the cart level at the same time. Suggestions welcome.

Reply:Why not just get pneumatic swivels too? $15 harbor freight for 8" or 10"
Reply:I was thinking about the pneumatic wheels and swivels, I also have a tool box I put pneumatic swivels on and works great.
