I'll know for sure later this evening. But based on what I am seeing this morning, I may have just found my new favorite light duty short arc gun. I purchased a 10' Miller version for a grand total of $63. The gun is extremely comfortable in my hand. The lead is super flexible. At room temperature the neck has no floppiness to it. Hopefully it maintains the same level of rigidity once it starts heating up. I'll find this out later tonight too. The nozzle is a Binzel style that recesses the contact tip at least an 1/8". I'll have to chuck it up in my lathe later today and remove at least 1/8" or slightly more off the back end of the nozzle to get the flush or slightly extended contact tip that I prefer. Anyway I am home by myself, and was excited about the quality that I am unexpectedly seeing, so I had to tell someone before I go to bed.ESAB Migmaster 250 Hobart Ironman 230Multimatic 215TWECO Fabricator 181i & 211iHH125EZ - nice little fluxcore only unitMaxstar 150 STH - very nice

Reply:Would rather see it designed like the Binzel MB grip, and it's ball socket back-end for even greater flexibility.. Yours looks like a cross from a Easb Binzel, and Radnor Binzel on handle design. I have a 10 ft-12 ft-15ft gun in that style. Only one in the 250 amp range.. for $63.00 not too bad ,but probably what I average for the real deal on E-bay..Picked up another e-bay gun the other day. 15ft Lincoln gun for my LN-25 pro.... Have all the consumables from my 10 ft 250 amp model.. I really like these for dual-shield wire...(350 amp on this one) $84.00 shipped, and ready to fit all my feeders..Doubt I will use spray-arc very much with this .045 Esab 710 X around..Nice to go vertical straight up travel using Co2. I only one other heavy-duty but it's only 12 ft. (Tweco Eliminator Supra) Like a longer neck to keep the heat off of me when putting out some amps..
