Welding monitoring systems

hello, can you guys help me? I am about to write my final study-work about LabVIEW used in measuring and interpreting of welding process' parameters (voltage, time, temperature etc.) and my consultant asks me to make one chapter about other monitoring systems of welding process used in labs or commercial monitoring systems systems, but I have no experience from industry (only hobby and student so far). I am searching for systems like WeldQAS. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you in forward, Michal.
