Smithy 1220 xl

I have a 12x36 Atlas and would like to be able to mill some stuff too. Just a milling attachment for it is like 200-300. I found a guy that has a Smithy 1220 for $300. I know the general consensus of these 3in1 units, but I would only use it for milling. Would I be better off getting the attachment for the Atlas than getting this unit? I'm pretty sure I could get it for less than asking price, which makes me want to consider it. Anyone have/use one?
Reply:just my opinion, but i would be all over the smithy, i had a milling attachment for  a small southbend 9b & sold it, was a pain to set up. @ 300 not a bad price, any tooling come with it?          Bob
Reply:Turned out the guy sold it. I made the mistake of sending an email when I overlooked his phone number in the ad. Drat.
