Reply:Glad to know someone is looking for me!   The Oxweld W-17 is a welding handle.  It uses a CW23 Cutting attachment.  These were used by a couple of the Railroads over the years.ESAB, who owns the Brand Oxweld now, has also purchased Victor.  They have discontinued all most of the Oxweld and Purox gas apparatus.But we do have cutting tips for the CW23, however, welding tips are hard to find.Our website is www.regulatortorchrepair.comOAdoctorwww.regulatortorchrepair.com
