Hey does anyone know if its alright to use dielectric grease on the wipers of the switch on the welders,or even white grease. I use both on my electric cart that has the same type switch.The switch on my welder is getting hard to turn,just was wondering if that would work.

Reply:With it turned off and unplugged clean the tabs with small stainless or brass wire brush or scotchbrite. Lube the switch pivot that's most likely where the bind is.
