Trade? My Maxstar 150 STL for your 110v MIG

Hey all,I have a 150 STL here with the big blue box, the tig torch with thumb heat control and a small accessory kit with various cups. I also have the factory Miller ground and stinger. It's got the 110v plug on it, but you can snip it off and put any 110v/220v plug and it will work without any more fuss.I'm looking for a MIG as I have stopped practicing my TIG and will be needing one for an automotive project I'm beginning.I'd like to trade + your cash, or maybe straight up trade if you have optional accessories (spot weld timer, spool gun, etc etc)I'd prefer to stay blue but I'm open to offersLet me know if any of you are interestedOH and the diode/capacitor/whatever fix has not yet been done by a shop, but I called and they said it was free at any miller repair center.Last edited by Taiden; 06-12-2011 at 07:14 PM.
Reply:Forgot to mention that I also have all the regulator and hoses that came with it. In other words, it's 100% complete. Previous owner bought it and never used it. I only used it for maybe 10 hours. I love this welder. Runs stick like butter and the TIG feel very smooth. It's incredibly light weight (i think 12 pounds maybe?) and operates at 150A dc tig on 110v, which is the highest amperage rating i've ever seen for TIG on 110v.The more I talk about it, the less I want to sell it. Reply:If it was ac/dc I would be all over this deal! As I need to tig weld aluminum I couldn't do it with dc only !!!!!

Reply:ebay prices put this welder about $900 + shipping, which is higher than I thought to be perfectly honest. Considering that, I think it would be fair to ask $850 shipped.

Reply:I actually just met a seasoned TIG weldor just today who happens to live right down the street. Looks like I'm going to learn a thing or two. Maybe my choice to keep the welder was meant-to-be?
