Miller dynasty gas flow problem

Hi new to the forum but have a question. So I went back in to school today and set up the dynasty 700 in my booth and we have argon running through a manifold. The cylinders were just replaced and I could not get gas to flow out off the torch. Was running dc 5  setting post flow and pre flow I tried everything . If I took the gas line off gas would come out but when I would put back and hit the foot pedal there's nothing. What could be the problem? GTAW process

Reply:After looking over the machine today we figured out the machine has had some abuse in the past if this has had anything to do with it but the hot temperatures and humidity are make the gas solinoid stick, therefor no gas is let out thank you for the reply though
