Getting a plasma cutter refilled?

More specifically, in Oklahoma.  I went to my local welding supply shop(Airgas) and asked if they could refill my plasma cutter with plasma, and they looked at me like i was stupid and told me to leave.  Can anybody find me a place in Oklahoma(or maybe online?) that can refill it for me?

Reply:Make sure after it is filled that they put a new oring on the dubilator pin. Otherwise the plasma could leak into the dilithium chamber.Jim

Reply:Hey all. I just picked up one of those cheap Chinese plama cutters. The instructions are pretty much a joke that came with it. I have wired up the plug and applied power, but the cutter doesn't do anything. Do I need to have like an initial charge of plasma to start out with? Where do I get the plasma? I called Verne Lewis, but they said they had no idea.

Reply:People don't believe me when I tell them I got to Niagara Falls before they turned the water on in the morning, but I did.  It's controlled by a dam and power plant upstream from the falls and it's turned on at 8:00 am  and reaches the falls in about 5 minutes.  The lower pool is so low before 8:00 that the boat (Maid of the Mist) cannot leave the dock until the water comes up.
