Invertec V205T AC/DC setup menu question

Quick question for you invertec owners.........I was playing around in the setup menu today, and the manual only shows 17 menu items.........well,.....when I passed 17, the next menu item was "50", then "98", and finally "99."Does anyone know what these items are?  when I selected "50", the digital display changed to "500."  on "98" and "99", when selected they both change the display to "res."  they must be some sort of resets.  SO.......I played with them!   I don't know what "50" does, but "98" and "99" seem to change the default setup menu values.  the "99" setting seems to default everything back to what the manual says are "factory default" values.  when resetting "98", about half the factory default setting are different from what the manual states.  After a "98" reset, I also noted that when welding, the digital display would always show "6" on it, until I pressed the pedal. even if I wanted to change the output current, the display would show "6".......then, when I turned the knob the display would show what ever current I had previously set it to.  for example, if I was welding at 125 amps......and I walk over to the machine, the display shows "6", but when I turn the knob clockwise, the display would change to "126."  After playing around with "98", I tried a "99" reset and all seemed to go back to the way my was prior to experimenting!   So, if anyone has any insight into these unknow setup menu items, please let me know.Thanks,Andrew

Reply:yes....I beleive that "6" is the minimum amperage.Hopefully, rojodiablo will find this thread.  I know he has an Invertec.
Reply:I spoke to Lincoln, and they had no clue what item "50" of the setup menu is.  they said "98" and "99" are default settings for 4T operation.  they said 98 is for european use and 99 is for american use.  not sure what that means.  oh well.
Reply:That's all news to me!!! I knew 99 was the reset for my machine, but I don't mess with the other stuff much.The damn machine does so much stuff, I am afraid to start twisting knobs and ruin a good thing......I really don't dive into the sub menu stuff at all.And then, after so much work...... you have it in your hand, and you look over to your side...... and the runner has run off. Leaving you holding the prize, wondering when the runner will return.
