I have a newer Bobcat with the enclosed sides. Is it okay to PowerWash / scrub the case? It's been parked outside my house for emergency power for almost 2 years, and finally made it into my truck. Do I need to keep a cover on it in my truck? I know, I know, stupid questions. But I'd rather know before doing it.Miller: 200dx, Bobcat 225, Passport, Powermax 45, Milwaukee: Dry Saw, MagDrill, grinders
Reply:Put a bag over the muffler and go to it. It's designed to be rained on, so washing it won't hurt. Just don't strip the paint or decals. I keep a cover on my TB 302, mainly to keep the paint from fading so quickly. Miller's paint doesn't hold up the greatest under sunlight. |
