Explorer Bumpers Build.

I've been working on my bumpers for my 93 Explorer. The material I used for the majority of this project is 10x10 1/4 wall square tubing. The only cost for this build so far was the weld on D rings LED lights consumables, and spray on bedliner. I'm getting ready to mount a spare tire carrier and gas can holder on the back and a stinger on the front. I'm also going to buid a set of rack sliders for it. Have all the material just could use some more time.
Reply:Nice build....What are the two extra holes in the rear bumper for?    Keep us posted on the slider build.
Reply:These are the back bumper in its current state, the mud flaps are removable with a spring clip. I will have a proper license plate mount when the srare tire carrier is complete.
Reply:Nice work. I have always questioned the legitimacy of lifted explorers when I have seen them in the past with the street friendly IFS and all. I didn't know that peeps were doing SAS conversions on them though. Looks good man!-Niche
Reply:Thanks it's sitting on a dana 44 front and a 9" rear from a 75 Bronco with 4:88 gears on 37 goodyear MTs.
