Used Miller 350p question

Hi Newer to welding and am upgrading from a Lincoln 140 hd and have a chance to buy a 1.5 yr old miller 350p for $2500.00 off craigslist. I am taking it to a LWS to have them check it over prior to purchase, is $2500.00 for a used welder a good price?
