Makita power tools

So I'm a big fan of Makita power tools. And  i have the impact wrench drill and a muti  tool and hope to have more. And I'm just wanting to hear your reviews and thoughts on this subject . Reply:I have the 18v lithium ion drill and impact driver since 2009, used pretty much everyday, best cordless I've owned since my old Makita 9.6v and an old ryobi 12v.Tom

Reply:No other cordless system even comes close to the makita lxt. I have an impact, brushless impact, drill, and sawzall, and they are all excellent (the sawzall is good, but not as good as a real milwaukee). I bought the impact kit in 2006 and it still works great, both of the batteries still hold a good charge, I've never had to wait on a battery. I bought the brushless impact about 1 year ago and it's pretty awesome, twice the battery life and more power. On plug in tools, I have a makita wood chop saw, hammer drill, big angle drill and several grinders. All are pretty good. I've burnt up two of the new small grinders, would not recommend those. The variable speed grinder 9565CV is the best I've ever used, highly recommend, and it's made in USA.Ian TannerKawasaki KX450 and many other fine tools
Reply:I have a makita lc1230 dry cut saw, seems the best built of all the other common dry cuts I have looked at...pretty happy with it so far (only a couple hundred cuts so far)
