Reply:Dave,I would go with Fronius. A lot of advanced features that would allow you to weld right through the light rust and paint.-JonathanFollow me on Twitter @_JonathanLewis and Instagram @superiorwelding
Reply:Hold it up by the front bumper and just dip it in galvy till it's about 1/8th thick. "The things that will destroy America are prosperity at any price, peace at any price, safety first instead of duty first, the love of soft living and the get rich quick theory of life." -Theodore Roosevelt

Reply:O/A. Start with the fuel tank, the rest will take care of itself. GravelThe difference between theory and practice is that in theory there is no difference.

Reply:Great stuff insulation and urethane caulk would be my choice. Otherwise the plasma process would go a long ways.... Too make smaller pieces.
Reply:My friend built a Butterscotch Buggy. A new channel frame he attached everything to. New brakes, tires, two nice junk yard buckets. It came out nice. He poured together a bunch of paint left overs, it was butterscotch in color.

Reply:Dave,That's the problem, you have to ask for Fronius at Lowes. Make sure you get the optional wood welder kit and you can weld those stumps in the back of the truck back together since they seem to have fallen apart. Also good for that forewood club when it breaks.-JonathanFollow me on Twitter @_JonathanLewis and Instagram @superiorwelding
