Reply:Ok guys. I'll see what I can do on the drills. I've not totally made my mind up whether to keep two or not. I really only need one and don't even have to have the one but it would be nice to have a lighter weight alternative to my 85lb Milwaukee mag drill. I've also had a PM asking for one so we'll go on a first come first serve basis there. He wasn't sure he'd have the money but we'll see when I get them. I'm not sure of complete condition of the drills yet. Reply:OK guys you all are gonna wanna shoot me, I screwed the pooch on my pricing, my employer was goin over my prices and caught a f**k up on my end. The drills were to be priced @ $325 for the working drill and $150 each for the non-working drills, total lot price $625 I really apologize for this and completely understand any loss of interest and potential buyers, an unfortunate mistake that I'll have to live with. If anyone is still interested PM me and I will move forward with getting shipping quotes and more pics.  Once again sorry for the blunder...

Reply:Ok guys I finally got a chance to fully check out the drills. I got one of the broken ones working and plan on keeping it with one case.  That leaves me with the original working one and one none working one. I've fully checked out the none working one and it needs a circuit board and rocker switch. Checking online shows the circuit board is about $94 and the switch about $16. I have run the motor by hooking it directly up so I know it runs. The magnet does clamp to the table as well. I've also checked the push button motor on off switches and they are working. I'm assuming it's the relay or one of the other components on the circuit board that's bad. I've not really got time to troubleshoot the board at component level right now but it's a fairly simple board so it may be fixable.  I've decided to see if anybody wants the none working one like this for what I have in it which is $150 plus shipping. I figure the last case should go with the working one so it won't come with a case. If I go ahead and fix it I think I would want $300 for it working.   I plan on selling the working one with case for the $325 plus shipping that I have in it. I actually have the original shipping in this as well but I'm getting pick of the litter and the bits so I'm more than happy with that. The only things I can find wrong with the working one is that it's missing the rubber stopper for the coolant bottle and I decided to put the steel handle with it which is missing two of the handles both fairly easy fixes but perfectly usable as is. I have drilled a hole with this drill and it works perfectly.  Here's pics of the actual drills. I believe hillbillyfab is the next in line to of spoken up for one so he gets first choice. Next is DSW. If either bow out I'll go to the next who speaks up.
