The guy I got my Maxstar 200lx from included this torch kit. I'm not really familiar with different tig torch setups, so I'm a little confused. I haven't been able to find anything about this setup online. All the torches I've used have either connected to the terminal, or to the terminal and flow meter, or to terminal and water cooler. However, this one has one cable with only a threaded end like one to connect to the flow meter. Am I missing something? Like I said I'm no familiar with too many setups and I haven't had much time to look over the machine this is just something I noticed when I got everything. Any knowledge of this setup??
Reply:You need a connecter such as miller # 195-378. You can get other variety's off eBay or HTP.

Reply:With a 1 piece cable that miller # is what you need. You will also need a gas hose from the regulator that has 2 male fittings on it. The miller plug has a short hose to hook in the front of the machine, a few inches above the dinse connecter. |
