Windmill Blade Redesign

This is just a past project I did a couple years ago. I went out to look at the blades to see how it held up after a decent size snow storm. OriginallyThis is what the blades look like now. This will be the third time I would have had to repair them so i think I am just going to find a new way of making them. The only 2 blades still attached are the ones I had to fix before.(I think I clicked the wrong button and attached the unpainted version) Attached Images

It broke off right bellow the welds. I think it started rusting there and times when the wind picked up a lot, it started to fall apart.
Reply:Looks good!  Besides my normal work, I help run the volunteer fire department.  During a bad accident several years ago I brought in two helicopters to what looked like a perfect landing zone. I didn't notice the guy behind the fence had a collection of about twenty plus windmills. The wind had those suckers spinning, I was surprised it didn't hurt any of them.
