SOS.. pic of ranger crank

ANYONE  Have a pic of the crankshaft  (taper end) used on a ranger 8 welder,  the welder was built in 99,  dont have a code,  Iam lookin at a new engine for sale that has a good pic of the tapered crank  but thats all i got,  I need a new engine for the welder , will be sold today,  Thanks  Eric

Reply:Do you have a hole in your block? Is your crank bad? If your oil pan is still good and your block is good Id rebuild it. Im thinking the mini blocks are high, short blocks are really high, and the long block is in outer space. I agree on the resale of the onan. I know some of the carb kits for them are around 150, you could get 200 just for the carb! heres mine. Attached Images
