1968 red face pipeliner $900.

Hi, Im about to get this beauty for 900 they ask 1100  but work on price for 900, is my first pipeliner just need idler work but works fine, works a full speed, idler dont control speed any sugestions?, and what about the price I think is cheap....thanks for all your help
