Reply:What else does the Deutz fit and was that a good engine? A hundred bucks is under scrap in this area.

Reply:What is the difference between series 1 or 2, I have 2 Commander 300's, neither weld but both engines run OK. Haven't gotten that deep into them but 1 has bad rotor, 1 has bad stator and can see burn mark on control boards. Can boards be replaced, fixed or bypassed? are these just as junk, would hate to think a machine that costs as much as these new are junk in 10 or 11 years,
