I recently just bought a weldnpower 150 with the kholer on it .runs and welds great everthing seems to work accept the charging system is not working maybe some one can help me out and can give me a few hints what to look for i see there is a board for the charging system inside the machine being that the machine doesent charge does this affect anything else? the code a the machine is 9120
Reply:Read the weldan power 225 thread. These two machines are wired similarRead my post there and match it up to your diagram. Down load the owners manual from Lincoln if you need it.
