Hi All,I'm looking for constructive advice/experience/knowledge for a project I have coming up with work please!I have been looking into welding 0.005" stainless for quite a while and have recently bought two welders to have a go with. The first is a Weldlogic pulse arc 300 which will go down to 5a pulsed. Probably too big I know but came up cheap so decided to buy!Secondly I have a s/h Secheron plasmafix 50 plasma welder on the way which I think will be more suited to the job. The only welds we need to perform are butt welds.I have read up all that I can on welding such thin material but I am still very new to all of this.If anybody has any experience with either of the machines I have purchased or with welding such thin material I would be very grateful if you would share!!!Many ThanksJames
