Yep, I got REAL bored, REAL quick. They are riser brackets for antenna mounts on commo generators. If you cant fix it with a hammer, it must be an electrical problem."Boy, everyone starts with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before the bag of luck is empty."-Grandad circa 1990ish

Reply:If you want to go cheaper just buy the hole in bar stock, comes in 12' lengths. Cuts down on waste. Also can get post hole size from same supplier!
Reply:I feel your pain. Did you have to debur them all too?I use various sizes of ez-burrs and cogsdill burraways that break the edge of both sides and save a ton of time. If can also get a drill/burr that does both in one step. I saved a lot of hand work on one part with a lot of holes and all it require was a tool change.[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pCqUPzHCDfg[/ame][ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vlljJNmwuoo[/ame]Last edited by forhire; 09-12-2012 at 12:13 AM.
Reply:Oooo, a deburring tool. I normally grab a random, much bigger drill bit and have it in the extra drill for deburring.
