About ten years ago, the job super challenged me to build a quick & cheap snow scoop using only materials on hand. As a welder on a pile crew I happily began thrashing on some sheetpile with a little angle and square tubing thrown in for good measure. This masterpiece is still used regularly along with two "real" scoops my company owns. Anyway, don't laugh. 😜 Attached ImagesPOVERTY...is the Mother of InventionMillermatic 211Millermatic 140Miller Thunderbolt XLArcOne 100STS inverter w/TIGThermal Dynamics 38XL Victor Oxy/AcetyleneJancy Slugger Holemaker IIJet 5x6 BandsawNever enough time & sleep.
Reply:Nothing wrong with recycling. Just guessing but is it about 1/10th the cost of the manufactured scoops?HF 90 Amp Flux Core Customized.
