Power Mig 255?

I may have found a Lincoln Power Mig 255 for $1000 on Craigslist.  It looks a little dirty and beat up from the pics.  Any quirks or issues with this welder.  If I go look at it, anything in particular I should look for or questions I should ask?  Thanks!
Reply:This guy has had this used one since Sept 2011, so he may be good to contact and see how it has gone with over a year of time.  I have a 256 adn have had no problems, and would buy it again. Very little difference in the two. Reply:I have used the 255 at the local high school when I was there helping with the class. They had several 255's. I was impressed with the performance of the machine. Digital display. Reply:I asked the man with the video on Youtube how the machine was doing.  He replied:"II have had no issue with the Lincoln since I bought it. It has been around the block a bit from it's previous ownership but so far has not shown any signs of tiring, though I don't put it through anywhere near it's previous abuse. $ 1000 is not a bad price for one that is in decent shape. It's the equivalent of a Millermatic 251, which I used to use on a daily basis when I worked as a welder.
