My new truck has a completely different console in it than my old one. There was no place to rest my elbow when driving or messing with anything on the console. It really made long drives annoying. I used to leave squashed coffee cups there just for something to lean on. Yesterday i finally got around to something i can leave there permanently. Simple but amazing differance in driving comfort. I added a base for a snugger fit as well. I hate being bi-polar it's awsomeMy Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys
Reply:Pretty sweet welding right there I know how you feel, My 94 Chevy extended cab has the perfect arm rest - my 89 Ford plow truck has none and it drives me crazy But my cup holder in the Ford is a roll of duct tape, so I probably can't use your solution Dave J.Beware of false knowledge; it is more dangerous than ignorance. ~George Bernard Shaw~ Syncro 350Invertec v250-sThermal Arc 161 and 300MM210DialarcTried being normal once, didn't take....I think it was a Tuesday.

Reply:Nice welding but I was having a hard time understanding it until I remembered that you are "fun sized". GravelThe difference between theory and practice is that in theory there is no difference.
