Got two 40" gangs off an old rotary hoe and disassembled one for the wheels for outdoor décor. I welded the angle iron brackets on them to attach to the outside of our big metal(12' walls) storage shed. I sprayed Flood Penetrol on everything and after it dries will paint the brackets white to blend w/ the wall. I left the other gang intact to experiment with using as a lawn aerator. Made a chain bridle and pulled it around w/ my lawn tractor w/ about 150 lbs of weight added. Had a little difficulty turning it w/ two axles. Later I'll separate the two axles and make a tongue for one so it will be easier to turn and maneuver. Reply:Thanks, I have 7 more I'll shoot w/ the Penetrol, then Linda and our granddaughter will paint them to look like flowers, sunbursts and whatever else their artistic minds can come up with. I'll mount them on the 4x4 fence posts w/ a lag bolt in the back yard, maybe some on the outside of the fence also.
