Hi everyone,Just a quick project here since starting with my new tig machine, Only recently started a stainless steel staircase and had to make some pan treads to match out of stainless. All the parts were tigged together and also incorporating a non slip feature to the front and a recess for the polished concrete behind.Anyway enough of the chat take a peek for yourselves...
Reply:The Non Slip bars are too close together to be able to tig so i had to stick weld these with some stainless rodsLast edited by Gerry1964; 04-16-2015 at 11:43 PM.
Reply:Pan treads? as in they're being filled with concrete? If so why heavy stainless? sounds crazy expensiveWelding/Fab Pics: www.UtahWeld.com
