electric 1" drive impact.

I'm in need of an electric 1" drive impact,    I really don't have facility's on the truck to carry enough air to run a pneumatic 1" drive.I had a very old Ingersoll Rand electric 1" drive that just recently gave up the ghost that would do the job wheel.Any one know where i can get an 800 ft Lb impact with 1" drive for around $1000?Vantage 500's LN-25's, VI-400's, cobramatics, Miller migs, synch 350 LX, Powcon inverters, XMT's, 250 Ton Acurrpress 12' brake, 1/4" 10' Atlantic shear,Koikie plasma table W/ esab plasmas. marvel & hyd-mech saws, pirrana & metal muncher punches.

Reply:Hey,I agree with CEP typically on the job we're using 3/4" drive and I have been very impressed with it's capabilities.  That being said I've also done many a job with the 1" drive, and have had great success.  Using pneumatic tools isint always an option, we typically only buy Makita stuff (except drills/chippers then we go Hilti or Bosch), our work environment is typically very abusive  I'd say their tooling outlasts most other brands (in my work environment anyways). http://www.makita.ca/index2.php?even...id=198&catid=3http://www.acetoolonline.com/Makita-...mak-tw1000.htmCheers,
