sa200 radiator question

Does anyone know if there is any sort of rubber that goes between the radiator and the battery box on a sa200 ? Seems like metal to metal might not be so great.

Reply:I figured so but there wasn't any between there when I tore this thing apart. Trying to make it ALOT nicer than it was.
