Reply:The machine punches and shears mild steel. The machine can be tooled to punch any shape hole and shear just about any profile such as top cap for railings. It's a good machine for the hand rail builder or any small fab. shop.
Reply:That machine is around a 1960s version.  Its missing all the safety guards on the fly wheel.  and the center guard on the clutch gear.  This machine has the old style clutch gear so it should also have the old style clutch. I am not trying to bust your balls here but your way high on your price for it.  I bought two of them for our shop, $1000 for one in 1976 beautiful shape with 4 shear blades and about 50 punches and $500 for one a 1987 that had plenty of use but had a brand new clutch on it and still looked good. I just had a guy ask if I wanted to buy two 2005 machines for a $1000 a piece each with tooling that where only used on aluminum.  This machines is worth $400 tops because of its age and its missing all the safety guards. Along with the stripper for the punch head.  It looks to only have the straight shear blades.  Not the 2"x2"x1/4" angle, 5/8" square, 1/2" round and 1" flat standard combo shear blades it should had.
