I just finished rebuilding the onan engine a couple of weeks ago and know my welder will weld great for about 15 min and generate power for about 30 min after that motor bogs down and will not idle up does anyone have any Ideas as to y thanks russell
Reply:I figured out what the problem the auto idle is not reving the motor up when i strike an arc but if i manually rev the motor i have ac power and i am able to weld can anyone tell me if the auto idle can be rebuilt and where i can find a rebuild kit i have looked on the internet and havnt been able to find one
