I'm trying to set up to bid on larger contracts and my safety / osha paper work is throwing me out of the bid process, I dont want to learn it, and I dont want to do it. I dont have time. but I was wondering if there is companys that do that kind of work on a per contract basis and what they would be called. basically a contracted safety officer. I know they have them for dot compliance have actually used them. but my google fu isn't working on this one.Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.
Reply:The profession is called Industrial Hygienist which you could search on and might give you what you want. not sure how to target contract outfits, but I am sure they are out there. Hopefully that helps.-DaveXMT304 with: 22A Feeder, or HF251 Hi Freq DC TIG air cooled
Reply:Safety Services Company may be able to help. I have used them for a safety meeting program. AWS may have something. I know the offer a certificated safety course. It was free without a certificate, may still be free.
Reply:awww, id hate to get too involved w/ such a thing. now w/ covid, surely its a whole new never ending chapter to keep up on. i got a sticker for my hardhat that says i'm "covid oriented", i seen others that say they are "covid safe". |
