What would be a fair price for a Thermal Arc 211 Fabricator? Just the machine......whip......and ground cable. No tig stuff.
Reply:I am guessing maybe $6-700?? You probably paid about $900 for that unit new, so take a bit off for depreciation. But I wouldn't go any lower since any replacement you can buy for that unit is at least $1500.Miller Multimatic 255

Reply:When I sell something I only consider two variables. How much does a new one cost and what is the condition of what I am selling. It is not unheard of to sell things for a higher price than one paid for the item new.Millermatic 211Lincoln Precision TIG 225Century 250 MIGLincoln 225 AC Box (sold)I support my local welding store (Amazon, McMasterCarr, Cyberweld, EBay).
Reply:Welding machines have went up 1/3 in price in the last 8 years so go off the price of the machine sold present in stores not what you paid for it. I paid 2350$ for my pt225 and now there 3350$, I bought it in 2013 I believe
Reply:I think it might be a good time to sell. I'm thinking of selling my Maxstar, and my big OA outfit, I just don't use them any more.
