Ranger 250 gxt low accessory voltage

I have a 250 gxt that was stored for about 6-7 months. Cranked it up to double check everything before a little project starts up and only have 91 volts at the outlet or 182 volts with both legs. I do have 61.4 hz so engine is up to speed. Voltage control knob is on 10 but voltage didn’t change when I dialed it back to 1. Could the voltage control be my problem or should I be looking elsewhere?  I will be running a weld test this evening but really need the accessory power as well. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Bhill
