I am getting no power to the outlets or to the welding posts I've followed the repair manual and it comes to that wire 208 and 208a wore is only getting 3.9 volts. It goes up to the circuit board. What voltage is it suppose to have? It also says it is possible the charging system. I'm getting 14.5 volts charging. I'm stumped what to do. Any.help would be appreciated. K2706-1
