Trailblazer 325 4 years old starts up no weld output all outlets work . Display shows boot error. Used thumb drive to reload software gets halfway thru reload then it stops . Shows error
Reply:This sounds like a board level ROM / PROM / EPROM failure. Call Miller for advice on whether the chip can be changed or whether you need to replace the whole board. They are good about supporting their machines.
