I turned on my 330a/bp today to do a little tig welding. When I flipped the switch it came on for a second then completely shut down. I have power to and from the switch. When I check voltage at the circuit breaker I have 22v on both lines in and out. I also have 22v to and from the fuse. Does anyone know what this might suggest my problem could be?
