High ideal problem

Got my new low ideal bored and it ideal up when you have a grinder running but when your strike an arc it still won’t I replaced the reed fuse as well any idea what it could be? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Reply:Just a wild guess but are you sure polarity is correct? Also check weld polarity.
