I know a few guys have something similar to the Eastwood CST tool. https://www.eastwood.com/eastwood-contour-sct.htmlI bought this 40 grit from Amazon and it's great at $26.00  https://www.amazon.com/dp/B092V7GWKB...roduct_details    Eastwood is $54     https://www.eastwood.com/eastwood-co...h-40-grit.htmlA buddy has the Eastwood and they look the same. No idea on which is better but mine works great.
Reply:Harbor freight offers a variation of that tool now. No idea how it compares in price.
Reply:I have a metabo burnisher. It's not cheap. I use it for everything from rust removal to polishing stainless. I buy the cheap Chinese wheels off Ebay and amazon as $45 a wheel is a lot.This wheel you showed would make removing paint and rust simple. You can also use it for rough polishing
