Miller Bobcat 225G problem with 70-150 amp setting

Hi folks, I have an interesting problem I am hoping someone can help me with.  My Bobcat 225G functions perfectly, except it wont weld on the 70-150 amp setting on the coarse adjust knob.  The hotter and colder settings on either side of that setting work perfectly, so I am scratching my head on this one.
Reply:Have you looked at the contacts on the backside of the panel on the range selector?  I've seen them get green and haired over from never getting switched. I've also seen them arc burned so bad they no longer make contact in that spot.

Reply:I have the same problem did you ever find the problem cause I replaced the hole contact unit and still have nothing
