I am purchasing a Miller WC -115W Weld Control serial KC200### as a gift. When I try to price it I find NOTHING. What I have been told is that the water cooled older Miller units are worth their weight in gold and that if I pay less than $2000 it is a jackpot. But common sense of course does not agree and I feel I am being overcharged based on name and my inexperience. Please can any and all give me their upper limit on this unit. Thank you all.Addtnl: What are the obvious signs of a broken unit?
