Reply:That Doyle stuff is usually good quality. Probably a good vise for the money.Cg
Reply:it only weighs 68 pounds ! pretty lightweight for 6 inch jaws. my old craftsman with 4" jaws weighted 82 pounds !i'm pretty certain whtbaron could break the dynamic jaw AND the swivel base without trying.

but only $230 so i guess you get what you pay for.Last edited by Lis2323; 8 Hours Ago at 06:59 PM.:
Reply:If I was getting new there was one in a shootout I would look at. Wasnt the strongest but I dont need to use it as an anvil but I like a swivel with a rotator. I have this in a 5, would be the ultimate in a 6.

Reply:That same money would buy you a real nice used vice. I picked up that Ohio Forge 5" that weighs a good 85bs for $150.

Reply:If I could only have one vise, it'd be my 5 inch "universal" vise. Sent from my Lincoln Buzzbox using Tapatalk

Reply:Also - interesting idea mounting a vise to your grill. Not sure why you'd need it there and not sure what you're doing with all those tools on the grill, but I respect the creativity!https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...2a93071b44.jpgSent from my Lincoln Buzzbox using Tapatalk |
