Heath Engineering Torch Pattern

I just purchased a used Model 60 Heath Engineering Torch Pattern and can not find any information on how to set it up or use it. I've never owned one before and am looking forward to learning all I can about it. Please any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.  gsterkel1959
