Hello all, i have a cat/perkins miller 300 pro that after a chain reaction of problems on the circuitous sob i am now stuck scratching my head when i got a new starter in hooked it up and turned the ignition switch and absolutely nothing. I have given it the normal rundown checking connections and all that and im stumped iv read the manual probably 50 times front to back over the course of this chain reaction fiasco. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks, kyle
Reply:Welcome to the forum!!First of all, did you check that the new starter is functional?? When something acts screwy,, I always check the newest item,, first.

Reply:I check the voltage at run solenoid. Since the has a idled solenoid you need check too. You check also they both working and no one played with the adjustment. Dave

Reply:Dave, I take it from the OP's description that the unit won't even crank over following the new starter installation. Hopefully he will clarify for us.MM200 w/Spoolmatic 1Syncrowave 180SDBobcat 225G Plus - LP/NGMUTT Suitcase WirefeederWC-1S/Spoolmatic 1HF-251D-1PakMaster 100XL '68 Red Face Code #6633 projectStar Jet 21-110
