Sp200 transformer voltage

have had my SP200 for years and now the control transformer is bad, cannot find anywhere what the x3 and x4 voltage out to control board should be. Plenty of user manuals out there but no repair manuals or specs for this transformer and of course its painted orange with no numbers on it. Here is what i verified to get there. Power to breaker box verified, power through breaker to plug verified, power to incoming welder contactor verified. Verified contactor is good(coil actuates with external 120 power and ohms good when actuated) but will not actuate from control voltage. Only have 40 volts off of control power taps x1 and x2.
Reply:Sounds like winding X1-X2 might be open and you’re seeing40 volts there because X2 and X3 are joined at the circuit board. Can you disconnect wires to X1 and X2 and either check winding for continuity or power up transformer andcheck winding for voltage? Reply:I did remove the wires from the circuit and get x1 42vac to ground x2 42vac to ground x3 32 vac to ground and x4 31 vac to ground from the transformer with it powered up. Ohmed out I got 1.5 on x3, x4 and 7.2 on x1 and x2. And nothing to ground or between the two circuits x1,x2 and x3,x4. I thought about adding a small transformer like you stated but I don't know what the voltage on x3,x4 should be is the roughly 30vac correct or an effect of the bad x1,x2 120 vac circuit not working correctly? Probably just cut the side off the transformer and count the windings. It isn't working anyway lol! Little bit of formulating will get me the voltage I need then I can spec out a replacement.

Reply:That is correct, the fan or main power contactor  does not come on.
