Hello all just wanted to ask the forum how many of you guys still use these old 4 roll millermatic 30A wire feeders they're from around circa 1976 vintage. I really like using these old dinosaurs probably because they're so stoutly built and seem like they could last a lifetime. One thing that's particularly nice about them is you can run readily available drive rolls Miller drive rolls which would keep this wire feeder running forever. They run Bodine eighth horsepower right angle worm drive gear motors and just seem bulletproof. I'm aware that Miller now makes far more advanced wire feeders with all sorts of bells and whistles but I just think these are so straightforward and pretty cool to still be runningLast edited by jzr75601; 9 Hours Ago at 06:46 PM.
