Here is a pic of the Rebel Manual that states power requirements.

Looking for a generator again and Tractor Supply has this one on sale atm $200 off. Not sure what the THD is as I can not find the information.Champion Power Equipment 100110 11500/9200-Watt Portable Generator with Electric Starthttps://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/champion-power-equipment-9200w-portable-generator-with-electric-start?cm_vc=-10011Lincoln, ESAB, Thermal Dynamics, Victor, Miller, Dewalt, Makita, Kalamzoo. Hand tools, power tools, welding and cutting tools.
Reply:It is term use on inverter type generator since the way form is electronic reproduce. The generator looks great Dave

Reply:I can't find the THD ratings on that thing though so " shoulder shrugs " Don't want to kill the Rebel. I guess I could possibly use the generator for the Migmaster 250 but that's a frigg'n tank and not very portable.Lincoln, ESAB, Thermal Dynamics, Victor, Miller, Dewalt, Makita, Kalamzoo. Reply:Generator bible is your friend I gave you some suggestions in your other post. https://generatorbible.com/generator...ing_watts_descMiller Multimatic 255
Reply:It is not used on regular type generator as it is a true sign wave.Dave

Reply:Some questions 1,) do you need propane or gasoline. 2) Regular type generator or inverter type note inverter type the engine run at different speeds and not a true wave form. 3) The size the larger more fuel it need just to be on stand-by.

Reply:Yes I’m not 100% sold on inverterfor a generator. More potential problems and more likely to fail at some point in the future to the a component failure on a circuit board just like these welders and plasma cutters.Lincoln, ESAB, Thermal Dynamics, Victor, Miller, Dewalt, Makita, Kalamzoo. I am also aware that gas or diesel gen sets give the best output where LPG natural gas gives less power on the same unit.Last edited by N2 Welding; 4 Days Ago at 12:16 PM.Lincoln, ESAB, Thermal Dynamics, Victor, Miller, Dewalt, Makita, Kalamzoo. Reply:Yes you are right.I have own generators that built in 1930's and still ran great.Dave

Reply:I have a Excel work sheet on fuel consumption I email to you. If you good at automotive work you save money on Dual or Tri fuel by installing your self.I did that with my Harbor Freight generator. Dave
